🧭 App guides
On key pages you'll find a "Show me how it works" button — it launches a short interactive guide for that page. Start with these:
Guides for sessions, members, and schedules are available on your group's pages.
🚀 Getting started
To log in, go to the login page and enter your e-mail address and password. You can register yourself (requires admin approval) or be invited directly by the group administrator.
- Self-registration: click "Register" on the login page, fill in the form and wait for the administrator to activate your account.
- Invited by admin: use the temporary password sent by the administrator. After your first login, change your password in Profile → Change password.
- If you forget your password, contact your group administrator — only they can reset it.
Yes. On the login page click "Sign in with Google". If your Google email matches an existing account, they will be linked automatically — your payment history and registrations are preserved.
A complete profile makes group settlements easier. In the Profile tab you can set:
- Display name — visible to other players.
- Phone number — other players can send you a BLIK payment by phone number.
- Bank account number — other players will see it when making payments.
Click the avatar in the top-right corner, then choose a language: PL, EN, UA or HI. The setting is saved to your account. On public pages (login, terms) the language switcher is in the top bar.
👥 Groups
Groups have three visibility modes:
- Public — Public — visible to all logged-in users. Anyone can join immediately with one click.
- Closed — Closed — visible to everyone, but joining requires admin approval. After submitting a request, the admin approves or rejects it.
- Private — Private — hidden from non-members. You can only join by admin invitation.
Public and closed groups are visible in the group list under "Available groups". Click the button next to the group — for public groups you join immediately, for closed groups you send a request. The admin of a closed group approves it in the Accounts tab.
🏸 Badminton sessions
Each session goes through several states:
| Draft | Draft — visible to administrators only, players cannot register. |
| Published | Published — visible to players, but registration not yet open. |
| Open | Open — registration is open, spots available. |
| Full | Full — all spots taken, you can join the waitlist. |
| Completed | Completed — session has taken place, settlement in progress. |
| Cancelled | Cancelled — session will not take place. |
- Go to the session list for your group.
- Click a session with status Open.
- Choose a slot (court / time) and click "Register".
- You will appear on the confirmed players list. You will receive a notification.
Open the session details and click "Unregister". Your spot will go to the next person on the waitlist.
If you have an unpaid session for too many days (as configured by the group), the system temporarily blocks registration. Pay the outstanding balance — the block will be lifted automatically once the cashier confirms the payment.
⏳ Waitlist
- Click "Join waitlist" for the chosen slot.
- The system saves your position in the queue.
- When a player unregisters, the system automatically notifies the first person on the list.
- You have a set amount of time (e.g. 30 minutes) to confirm or decline.
When a spot opens up, you will receive a notification (Telegram or push). A "Confirm attendance" button will appear on the session page — click it before the time runs out.
💳 Payments
- After the session ends, the cashier enters the total cost of the courts and any extra expenses (e.g. shuttlecocks).
- The system calculates the amount for each player (taking sport card discounts into account).
- Once you have transferred the money, click "I have paid" next to your amount — the cashier is notified.
- The cashier confirms receipt — your status changes to Confirmed.
Your payment goes through three states:
| Unpaid | Amount to pay — transfer the money to the cashier. |
| Awaiting confirmation | You marked it as paid ("I've paid") but the cashier hasn't confirmed it yet. |
| Confirmed | The cashier confirmed receiving the money — settled. |
The cashier is the person responsible for collecting payments after the session. They manage this in their cashier panel.
- Click the cashier's name on the session page to see their phone number and bank account.
- Transfer the amount due and click "I have paid".
- The cashier confirms the payment — your debt is settled.
If you have a Multisport or Medicover Sport card, register it in the app. The system will automatically deduct the discount from your session amount.
- Day card (1 entry per day) — one discount regardless of how many slots you play that day.
- Hourly card (1 entry per hour) — discount applied for each full hour of play.
Set your card in Profile → Sport cards.
A no-show is an absence from a session without unregistering in time. The administrator may charge a financial penalty. The penalty amount is shown on the session page and must be paid to the designated person.
🔔 Notifications

With Telegram you can quickly join a session directly from the notification.
Click "Enable notifications" in the Profile section. The browser will ask for permission — approve it. Notifications will work even when the app is closed (requires a browser with Web Push support).
If you previously dismissed the permission prompt, the browser will block it from appearing again. Applies to Chrome on desktop and Android — unblock it manually:
- Click (or tap) the lock icon (🔒) in the address bar next to b-admin-time.pl.
- Select Site settings (desktop) or Permissions (Android).
- Under Notifications, change the value from "Blocked" to Allow.
- Refresh the page and click "Enable notifications" in the Profile section.
Chrome on iOS does not support push notifications — this is an Apple limitation, not ours. You have two options:
- Use Safari and add the site to your home screen (Share → Add to Home Screen), then open the app from your home screen and enable notifications in Profile. Requires iOS 16.4+.
- Enable notifications via Telegram — works on any device without restrictions.
B-Admin-Time is a PWA (Progressive Web App) — you can install it on your device like a regular app, without using an app store.
- Android (Chrome): tap the menu (⋮) in the top-right corner → Add to Home screen or Install app.
- iPhone / iPad (Safari): tap the share icon (📤) at the bottom of the screen → Add to Home Screen. Requires iOS 16.4+ for full push notification support.
- Desktop (Chrome / Edge): click the install icon (⊕) at the right end of the address bar → Install.
📅 Calendar
On the session detail page, if you are on the confirmed players list, an "Add to Google Calendar" button appears. Click it — Google Calendar opens with the event pre-filled: group name, courts, your slot times and the venue address. Click "Save" in Google Calendar.
In your Profile you will find the "Calendar subscription" section. Click "Generate subscription link", then use the "Subscribe" or "Google Calendar" button to add the feed to your calendar. All sessions you are registered for will appear automatically — no manual adding needed.
- The feed updates automatically — if a session is cancelled, it will disappear from your calendar on the next refresh.
- Google Calendar refreshes webcal subscriptions every few hours. If you just registered, the event may appear with a short delay.
- You can revoke the link at any time in Profile (Calendar subscription section → Remove link) — the old link will stop working.
