What is B-Admin-Time

B-Admin-Time is a badminton group management application for organising sessions, registrations, payments and notifications. The application is intended exclusively for invited group members.

Access

Accounts are created by the group administrator. Access is personal and non-transferable. Keep your login credentials confidential.

User obligations

• Provide accurate information — name, phone number and bank account details
• Keep your password secure and do not share it with others
• Do not abuse the application — do not register for sessions you do not intend to attend
• Use of the application requires you to be at least 16 years old

Administrator rights

The group administrator may block or remove the account of any user who violates group rules or these Terms, without stating a reason. The administrator's decision is final.

Payments

Session payments are managed internally by the group administrator. The application is a supporting tool only — it does not process payments and is not a party to any financial transactions.

Availability

The administrator endeavours to keep the application available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Technical maintenance, updates or failures may cause downtime. No claims may arise from such interruptions.

Account deletion

Users may request account deletion from the group administrator at any time. Upon deletion, personal data will be removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent Polish court.
